This policy applies to Swooni: Relationship Tracker, Swooni: Dating Tracker, and their related web experiences. It explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it. ### Separate Swooni products Relationship Tracker and Dating Tracker use separate account systems and separate product data stores. Using the same email address in both products does not automatically link the accounts or copy app content between them. ### What we collect - Account details such as nickname or name, email address, account identifiers, profile image, date of birth, gender, relationship status, and other profile information you provide - Private app content such as reflections, moments, quiz answers, messages, notes, photos, videos, and information about a relationship or potential partner that you choose to create - Device or installation identifiers, app version, operating system, app interactions, approximate location derived from network information, analytics, session-replay or heatmap data where enabled, and crash, diagnostic, and performance information - Subscription status, purchase history, and purchase-access information, but not the card or bank details collected directly by Apple, Google, or another hosted payment provider - Push-notification tokens if you enable notifications - Optional health information, such as cycle-tracking data, only in a product and release where that feature is offered and you choose to use it ### Voice dictation Where voice dictation is available, speech recognition is requested on-device. We do not upload or store the audio recording. Text you choose to save after dictation is handled like other app content. ### How we use your information - Provide app features, account access, and customer support - Personalize experiences and improve product quality - Maintain security, prevent misuse, and investigate abuse - Measure performance, diagnose crashes, and improve reliability - Communicate important service, billing, and support updates ### Subscriptions and stores Subscription billing for in-app purchases is handled by the platform you use, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. For billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund details specific to app subscriptions, visit . ## Website Privacy and Cookies When you use Swooni websites, campaign pages, or contact forms, we may collect information needed to operate those web experiences and respond to requests. ### Website information we collect - Website form submissions and support requests - Professional-access applications, including professional type, credentials, country, organization, verification, review, and access-fulfilment status - Usage and analytics data from the website - Browser, device, and cookie-related information ### How we use website information - Operate and improve the website - Respond to support requests and inbound messages - Verify, review, fulfil, and audit professional-access applications - Measure site performance and engagement - Maintain security and prevent misuse ### Relationship web quizzes If you take a Swooni relationship quiz on the website, your raw answers stay in the current browser tab and are not stored with your result. We use the answer IDs briefly to calculate your result on our server. To reveal it, you provide an email address and confirm a six-digit verification code. We then retain the calculated result, the required age band and relationship demographics shown in the quiz, quiz and content versions, consent state, and limited campaign and device information. Demographics do not change quiz scoring or result copy. Pending verification data is retained for up to 24 hours. Detailed anonymous funnel data is retained for 30 days before aggregation. Verified result and demographic links are retained for up to 90 days before aggregation and de-identification. Plaintext email for a person who did not opt in is removed within the same 90-day window. Active marketing opt-in email is retained until withdrawal or 24 months without recorded engagement. Anonymous daily aggregates may be retained indefinitely. Attempt fingerprints may remain until the quiz version is retired or a verified deletion request is completed. Marketing consent is optional and unchecked. Verifying an email to see a result does not create an app account, connect the result to an app account, or subscribe you to marketing unless you selected the separate marketing checkbox. ### Cookie policy We use essential storage needed to operate the website. We may also use basic cookieless traffic measurement. Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies, and helps us understand traffic sources, page engagement, and actions such as app-store clicks or completed forms. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, verification tokens, or payment details to Google Analytics. You can decline optional analytics in the cookie banner and manage stored cookies through your browser or device settings. ## Sharing, Security, and Your Rights ### Sharing We do not sell your personal data.
