App Subscriptions

Swooni may offer auto-renewable subscriptions inside the app. The subscription title, billing period, trial terms if offered, and price are shown before you confirm your purchase.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Renewal charges are billed before the end of the current period unless auto-renew is turned off in the relevant store settings.
  • Access continues through the remainder of the active billing period after cancellation.

Billing

For subscriptions purchased in the iOS app, payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.

You can manage or cancel your App Store subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings on your device.

For subscriptions purchased in the Android app, payment is charged through Google Play when you confirm the purchase. You can manage or cancel those subscriptions in your Google Play subscription settings.

Refunds and Support

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies. Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled in accordance with Google Play policies. If you need help with your account, subscription access, or billing questions, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
