Terms of Use

For iOS subscriptions purchased through the App Store, Apple's billing flow and the Licensed Application End User License Agreement may also apply. Google Play billing terms may also apply for Android purchases.

App Subscriptions

Swooni may offer auto-renewable subscriptions inside the app. The subscription title, duration, trial terms if offered, and price are shown before you confirm your purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payment is charged through the platform used to complete the purchase, such as Apple App Store or Google Play.
Renewal charges are billed before the end of the current period unless auto-renew is turned off in the relevant store settings.

Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

Manage or cancel

App subscriptions can be managed or canceled in the subscription settings for the store through which you purchased them, such as Apple App Store or Google Play.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the store through which you purchased the subscription. If you need help with your Swooni account, subscription access, or a billing question, contact us and we'll help point you in the right direction.

Acceptance

By creating an account, using the Swooni app, starting a subscription, or accessing paid features, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
You may not interfere with the app, reverse engineer restricted portions of it, or misuse the service.

Intellectual property

The app, software, content, branding, and related materials are owned by Swooni or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these terms.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We may also update these terms and will post the updated version on this page.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, and Swooni is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
